you need to create an avatar (the above person is correct)
then click on your picture (the grey one) and it brings up more details - click on Edit my Info - then select - Use My Avatar pic - and you should go from there

Click on your grey face when you get to your inbox. Then it walks you through how to create your own avatar step by step. You can change it over and over again, backgrounds etc.

clickon the boxwith the grey head above you call, flow to "edit my profile" on that web site you will see 3 packing containers,flow to the tip one and click the place it says "edit my avatar" you get step by step training, face, hair outfits backgrounds and so on, have relaxing!!!
