Doctor refferal?
Does anyone know of a great gastroenterologist in Michigan preferably near Lansing or Detroit but I'm willing to go anywhere at this point and preferably one that accepts BCBS but we can talk about that too.

I suggest you try:
U of M hospital as they are usually really good. They are located in Ann Arbor. You can see a list of all their doctors here:

That site also has links on the left and an email contact so you can request more information. I have had lots of dealings with the hospital and some of its other specialties but not gastroenterology which is why I can't suggest one specific doctor.
