One of the most beautiful women on the planet Aishwarya Rai is one of the best actress India has generated. She is well known in Asia and all around. She has appeared on Oprah and Lettterman, but do you think she has faced unfair acceptance and judgement by some people?
Is she too beautiful that people cant take it and have to find fault in everything she does?

In this country yes,why they do not want a beauty symbol other than there own,but that is pretty normal,but beauty is there and you cannot erase it.!

S*hi*t happens. When a celebrity is shot up to the limelight, not everyone has to like that person. You can take an example of ANY celebrity. For every 4 that likes a person, there is 1 who does not. 

I would say Pamela Anderson looks great. But then so many think her breast size is grotesque.  Dolly Parton had her share of jokes: (Why her feet are small? Because things don't grow in the shade....lol) etc...

As for Rai's looks? I would say she looks great. But some don't think so. You just have to deal with it.

She's so-so. I think she looks too white. The women of India are very beautiful, and I think it's a shame that we've chosen the whitest as the most beautiful.

See I somewhat have observed that she seems astounding in Indian outfits somewhat than western ,western outfits make her look like another actress so a ways as looking international possibly she does besides as Katrina.

Dont even think people hate her coz they r jealous of her beauty coz the truth is the world loves to idolise people....
