O.k . I live in Georgia and i was wonder i know its illegal to have sex with anyone under the age of 16 period. But i heard something about theres a law if there just under 18.
Here's what i want to know . If one person is 20 ( birthday jan just turned 20) and the other is 16 (birthday may )( about to be 17 in a few month).Is there any law saying its illegal to have consintual sexual intercourse and if so whats the law and if you get it from some website please post the website also for my refrence.thank you all so much

you'd have to be legally married. I think the website is ageofconsent.com
