yes I have it too, get Norton antiviruse it is good it will help you find all of your viruses, like a trojanhorse. A trojanhorse is a viruse. And Norton will take care of it.

OMG NO NO NO NO NO NO DO NOT trust windows defender. It just doesn't work. Spybot and adaware are good. PLease get them quickly

That will take care of most things. you should be reasonably safe. I use it but I also use other programs as well.
