No you can blame it on the vandal who is determined to get people deleted.
I urge you and every other member to report unfair violations to Yahoo and ask for the reporter to be suspended because of harassment

Your current Avatar looks like he could deal with any kind of violations going, I don't think the one's from Yahoo would bother him much. As for blame you could always say he was feeling horny.
