no the cost of houses in NC has gone up up up you may try rock hill SC or some where outside nc as nc taxes are high

i live in fayetteville and i dont know that i could find a house with any amount of land for that price here and i think its probably worse in charlotte. contact a realtor in that area and let them know what your looking for. they will be happy to do a search for you and email you anything they find. good luck
