this few days i can notice that my colleague is wacthing me, its not a attraction watch & we were being colleague for a few years &
as a colleague she dont talk much to me. if she talk its only about work... & this is going on for a few years so no problem but now why is she watching me, i didnt do anything wrong i realy feel its uneasy & i wanted to ask her... i need some nice word.... please help me..... tq

its something like looking fault on my job or maybe she pin point my back to the upper level person

maybe she likes you but is shy to say it. why dont you ask her on out for coffee. you can say it is about office matters. then it wont be a date and you can find out what she is thinking.how do you know that she is watching you if you are not looking at her too?i think you two like each other but are shy.
