I think I'm going insane.?
any suggestions as to save me from the deep end?
I'm not depressed or suicidal. Sheesh there is such a substantial difference! I just experience a huge amount of coincidences, kind of psychic moments, deja vu, and lack of attention which I can pretty much give over to ADD. Other than that I'm pretty normal.

Your "question" is pretty general. Are you 13 and going insane or are you 52 and going insane? BIG difference!

Check your diet. Make sure you eliminate all processed foods (bacon, frozen dinners, anything that comes in a box first, fast food, etc...) Avoid foods with chemical colorings and artificial sweeteners too.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Dehydration can cause your mind to not work properly. 60% of our bodies are water so lack of it throws off all kinds of things.
Make sure you're not "chemically ehancing" your life in anyway. Alcohol, drugs and even caffeine will effect the way your mind works.
Are you taking a multi vitamin? B vitamins have a great impact on mood. If you're low in that area, that could be as well.
And of course, exercise outside in important. Lack of sunlight can cause depression as well as a lack of vitamin D. Out outside during the day, every day for a brisk walk. This helped me through post partum depression when I had my daughter 14 years ago.
And lastly, if you really feel like you're going nuts, tell your doctor. I experienced the same thing a few years ago. I knew I was too young for menapause but I felt like I was loosing my mind. Eventually I was diagnosed with A.D.D., a condition I had probably had all my life. Therapy and medication have helped me to over come some of the issues I had because of it and I'm working on finding a nature cure so I can stop taking the meds.
Don't be afraid to ask for help. If you hear voices, have thoughts of suicide or experience really crazy impulses, GO GET HELP!. There is no shame in asking for help. All of us need it at one time or another!

Actually the people that are insane think they're normal. As long as you think that you are going insane, you're quite normal.
Eat healthy, take Vitamins, look at the poverty in third world countries and compare your life with theirs, see how lucky you are? Lock at the sun, the snow, join a gym, Curves etc. and talk to people and you'll see everybody's got problems, you're not alone out there. Go to the library, you can meet people your age there, sit and read a while, there's so much beauty in this world you just have to open your eyes.

You might try going to an MD and asking for Librium. I take it everyday for anxiety attacks and the fact I can't sleep at night. It has no noticeable side effects and you will feel alot calmer. Also
St John's Wort from the health food store helps as does chorella a green algae that is good for brain imbalances and your thyroid gland where alot of our troubles start. Don't drink or do drugs.
Find a friend to talk to. The world we live in now is not a natural way for humans to survive in as well. We all have to find our own ways to cope! Take care of yourself!

the darkest hour is just before the dawn of a new day. remember where there is life there is hope.try some counseling and by all means talk to a clergyman of your religious preference.if you are a young person which i think you very well may be remember many post pubescent people go through a period of uncertainty and confusion.this is normal. try to look at the positive side and relax.

I wouldn't say that ADD really fit into the "insane" category
