Yes my back started to hurt right away. It was probably from lack of sleep. I'm 19 weeks with my second right now, and yes my back still hurts.

By all accounts, your ligaments and muscles start to relax in readiness for the growing foetus, therefore causing the ache. As your body probably hasn't fully recovered from the first one yet, the aches start sooner.

I know mine did, the first being 9lb didn't help, even with a four year age difference.

All I can say is get used to it, with picking up babies to picking up falling toddlers, it will be many years before your body becomes your own again.

    Good luck and congratulations

    SPD Symphisis Pubis Dysfunction

I had this with both my pregnancies where i could barely walk from about 20wks onwards, I had the most excruiating pain in my pelvis area and also had back ache, this is where the baby lies to heavy on your pelvic area and my second baby actually split mine (she was 10lb 11oz) and breech so she was sitting on my pubic bone, i had to use crutches and wear a big white tummy brace to try and hold my bump up, this SPD can also cause back ache depending on where the baby was lying, if you 'google' SPD it will tell you everything you need to know, alot of midwives dont know about this condition, it was my GP who told me I had it and I researched the rest in the internet

I appeared in my prenatal equipment and the well-being care expert suggested to touch her if the headache would not get greater effective with acetominophen and relax. this could be a demonstration of (do no longer panic or something hun...purely a guideline) preclampsia or severe blood rigidity. It in no way hurts to grant your rfile a decision or while you're seeing a midwife...perhaps call your customary family members MD. good success i realize it incredibly is frightening once you dont understand what is going on with your physique and you have have been given somewhat one on the way. Me too!

Yes, I often had lower back pains. From time to time, I still get them, and I'm 13 weeks pregnant now!

most do. This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
