Positive social and environmental effects on outsourcing manufacturing to China?

I need to find a few articles that show the positive social/environmental effects for both China and North America when it comes to outsourcing manufacturing to China...

Please show links.

P.S. I would much rather argue the negative, but I do not have that option in this case... I am at my wit's end.

when you outsource to places like china then the cost of the product (for you to buy it here in America) is less because their economy is less with regard to currency. Because America's economy is higher it is difficult for Americans to buy American products because the cost is so high. So in the long run 2 countries combined, working together, can supply work to their people and we can buy less expensively, and both countries then flourish.
