and where are they available, i checked walmart.com and they didnt have it, and gamecrazy.com doesnt have it listed with a remote

Yes it does. I'm going to pick mine up today. You might want to check GameStop. I preordered mine with a $5.00 deposit. Maybe they have some in addition to the preorders, but you better do it early. You know how quickly they sell out of Wii stuff.

Probably the only place to get it now is on Ebay - but you'll pay a premium....give it a few days (weeks!) and more will be available!
Update - just bought the version with the wiimote...on Circuitcity.com.....not available in store though!

they should still come with the remote i mean i got a wii play game & remote for 35.99 at gamestation check out there website
