The chicken would have to catch aids and I don't think they can catch a human disease, and once the chicken catches it the person would have to inject their blood. Cooking the chicken would kill any disease, and eating HIV whether the sperm or blood wouldn't transfer it even from a human let alone a chicken since the digestive juices would kill it before alllowing it to ever enter the bloodstream.
