    Go up to the top of the page and click "my account" underneath the Welcome, yournamehere. surf through it.

    You have to upload one from your "my pictures" file. Or if you want an avitar "character picture", just go to "edit profile", and click on "use avatar". It should take you to a page where you can create one you like. Then just save it.
