Are there any suites on Miami Beach preferrably South Beach that are spacious and or allows more than 4 occupants per room.

It may be hard to find a room of this size reasonably priced. Most hotels ON South Beach are small hotels. I have stayed on South Beach twice with 4 but it was a little crowded. Maybe try to see if you can get ajoining rooms or the Crescent Resort & Spa has slightly larger rooms. They include a small kitchen as well. Have a great time!

Many do if your thinking of spring break. the status quo is to pay for a single then "mingle" the "crew" in the same room. there are so many people they cannot complain about your guests..
any 2 double bed room will do for spring break/
