Is he "just not that into me" or what??
So, I've been dating this guy for a month and a half. We aren't serious or exclusive or anything. I wasn't really expecting much from him for Valentines Day, but I hoped that he would at least call. But, no. Listen to this: he sends me video of him saying, "Hey babe! Have a great Valentines Day! See ya!" My friend says that's sweet, and at least he thought of me. I say that if he really liked me, he would've called. Do you think that he's just not that into me?? What the heck should I do?

I think he thought he was being creative, but not terribly committed. He did something nice for you, but like you said, you aren't serious or exclusive. Maybe this was his way of saying, "I know we have something going and I'm going to acknowledge that, without getting serious." It is actually very sweet and it's nice of him to do it, so you should be happy!!!

OH MY GOD. i didn't even speak to my boyfriend. don't be all specific. that's cute. maybe he was too busy to call. get over yoorself. atleast he made some effort. he is still into yoo. he would have ended it a long time ago if he didn't want to be with yoo.
