is it just turning on and off or is it going to the zune screen with the loading bar? i would try what the one guy said and try to get a case. otherwise, call zune and ask them. its most likely still under warranty so if nothing else, return it and get a new one

You can take it to the store where you bought it if it still has warranty, or try the static thing. maybe plug it in the computer and try updating it... not sure! but to all you other idiots who say to buy an iPod... do you not see there are alot more problem questions on here for iPod? plus, Zune has a bigger song library that you can download for free as much as you want instead of paying per song. retards.
