I do believe Michael Richards is the winner on this one, although he really didn't have much of a career anymore since Seinfeld was cancelled....but I think Isaiah Washington is a close second....

I'm surprised no one thought of this but back when Sinead O' Connor was popular if you ever saw her speech at the MTV awards that def ruined her career not to mention the whole pope picture burning thing.
Mel Gibson also.
I don't know if this ruined her career but Marilyn Monroes whole happy birthday mr. president thing must have done some damage.
And your definently right about john rocker. I haven't heard from him since. He did that in the glory days of the braves and height of his career.
