This actually is a valid question. It happened over Washington where a stowaway (or parts of him) fell from the sky. He got on an Airbus 340-600 (South African Airways from Johannesburg via Dakar to Washington), and fell out when they lowered the gears for landing. His leg smashed a car and the owners claimed damages from the airline. So, I would say that you stand a good chance!

If it rained men, all the men would probably die from the fall, and there would be a lot of damage. It would take years to get back to normal, hopefully it will never literally rain men.
