Which is better for storing personal info, calendar, appointments, Outlook 2007 or OneNote 2007.?

This is just for me not being used a company or to be shared with other people.

Outlook is effective however it can at times tend to be a little bit insecure. Whenever Microsoft releases Windows updates, there is often a patch there to fix some sort of security hole in Outlook (this also means it's getting slightly better over time). However, I have not heard of OneNote 2007 but I will take a quick look...

Well, judging by what I've found from a brief look, OneNote is probably a little bit safer unless there is going to be very little personal information stored in Outlook or your computer is disconnected from the internet (hence, largely unhackable). It might be a good idea to trial them both as I think both of these programs can be trialed for a short time from Microsoft for free.

Outlook has always done the job for me...it's pretty good so I see no reason to change for me.
