If you know where the person is from( City and State), pull up the common pleas court online and municipal court online for the information. Those sites are public record and you can find people who have been charged with crimes yourself or if they have been charged through the civil court. IE: evictions, lack of payment, etc. I worked in the court system and I know it's public record(FREE)

You can't , they all charge something.......for the info you want you are looking at several hundred . all you get is the persons name crime charged with and the verdict ..no details you have to go get transcripts of the hearing from the court that heard the case, so you will need to know the case numbers first ,

unless it is your information you will not get it from the police dept

and these online things are a joke , I got one online and it was all kind of wrong......it only had 2 of the assault charges on it ...
