For girls and guys. I have ended up in alot of male dominated jobs?
K I have worked in alot of male dominated jobs and been expected to work and lift and have the physical abilities that all of the guys do(5' 5 " at 89 lbs)And I did and got alot of of heck yas because I pulled it off. But women do not even have the same muscular structure as men so Why is that expected? Now Im the one that has to suffer for pushing my body beyond its limits to do what was expected of me. This is not ment to be derogitory in any way.

Do the jobs you get that are male oriented have a lot of frequent physical lifting associated with them, or are they only occasional.
There are two things to consider. 1) You're a mark on their diversity index 2) The guys, though impressed with your feats, don't expect you to do all of the heavy lifting you're doing. If your boss thought that he/she needs someone to do alot of heavy lifting, it's his/her fault that they hired a small woman, not yours. Stop hurting yourself. There is equipment that can be used. Ask your boss to provide it to you. It would be irresponsible of the company not to provide it. In fact, if they don't provide it contact OSHA. If you become injured, you could be hurt for the rest of your life. If that happens, the company will be responsible financially for your injury. That will cost them alot more money than providing the appropriate equipment. They want you there. It's difficult to get a woman to work in a male dominated job. They will keep you happy.

If you can't do the job, you shouldn't be hired. Or expect the same pay rate. If an 89 pound guy can't he shouldn't either.

Your point is well taken, that a person should be aware of their limitations and stay within them in order to enjoy life and health.
