Anyone know if it's possible to find out if and when a money order was cashed?

    Yes, call the bank that you got the money order from and they can find out for you because it eventually comes back to them.

    Contact whoever issued the money order. If you have the receipt from the original money order, they can track it from the number, tell you when it was cashed and provide you with a copy of the cashed money order showing the signature on the back.
