Dave, What are YOU doing to make America a better place?
ALL Presidents make jokes and fun of themselves at correspondent's dinners.
The Constitution was written over 200 yrs ago. There is NO way they people living then could have predicted the legal troubles in modern times.

Consitution. Shows complete frustration with his position. He's tired, fed-up and simply doesn't have the brain power to answer any questions without a preplanned speech written by someone else.
