...in the relationship...but to be honest a year is along time ..she might have moved on but the only way you can find out is by talking to her and telling her your feelings and if shes willing to take you back and start with a clean slate. be completly honest. and if she says no then at least you know that its obviously not right and that you know that you should try even harder to move on

First you have to figure out do you really want this relationship or are you lonely? Next you have to take time to yourself to understand what went wrong. After all of these questions are answered make a phone call or ask to see her in person. Once reconciled by all means take it slow just to know where you both stand. If you believe it to be worth it go for it!!!
