an iso file of 733 MB has been compressed into winrar single file of 1.4 MB, how this could be done?

each time i compress an iso file of 733 MB using winrar it gives me a single rar file of 1.4 MB , how this could be done?

Update:

i found an iso file of 733 MB which has been compressed into 1.4 MB (i.e floppy size) and each time i extract the file and recompress it it gives me the same 1.4 MB size, although this doesnot work with other iso files, imagine how much disk space you can save, how this could be done?

When you add the files (which you want to be compressed) in winrar, take attention in the down left corner of Winrar window. There's a selection (a roll down) to make the compression as a single file or divided into volumes.

An iso file is one that has already been compressed into a .bin file so you must not have a true iso file or have corruption in the file of some sort.
