International cost of living calculator?

Just wondering if any one knows a web site where I can find a cost of living comparison calculator, if someone is moving from England, to Orlando, FL. I need to do research for someoen who may be moving here for a job, and need to know how much our company should pay him.

Update:

He is asking for more then what the job is paying. I just want to make sure that he will be able to make it living here with what we are willing to pay. I know that in England, they don't pay as well as we do here compared to the cost of living over there...so the basic point to my question was to see if he would be able to make it ok here if he was to earn as much as he makes currently in dollars.

If you are hiring someone to fill a position it should make no difference where they come from or what the costs of living were there. You should pay the same as if they were previously employed in Orlando. The salary should be based on the cost of living in Orlando. Many companies will pay the moving expenses for the employee. But the salary should be based on industry standards for the position. I'm sure they are moving to the US to improve their life... PAY him what you think he's worth, not what you think he needs to live the same as he did.
