in the sky looking north, big pulsing light hovering at low altitude ? this close encounter happened in uk.

    The only people who see ETs are those who know nothing about astronomy, or nothing about aircraft identification, or just simply have over-active imaginations (or in some cases, just plain cranks).

    All those who know the sky never see the things, because they have the knowledge and intelligence to recognise what they are looking at.

    I don't believe it was a UFO but i'm sure there are some, maybe roswell was made to look fake so that people would think it was just a stunt and not believe in aliens. the goverenments certainly aren't telling us something.

    No way gutted I missed that. Be interesting to see if anyone else saw it and what they made of it. Keep an eye on the local news as well.

    You don't describe the light in detail.

    Could it have been the Northern Lights?

    You can see them in the UK sometimes.

    Northern Lights - there has been a bit of sunspot activity lately.
