I think the two teams that are reaching the finals this year are the Dallas Mavericks and Washington Wizards

I choose Dallas from the West for the following reasons:

    1) The Dallas Mavericks are one of the best defensive teams this year.

    2) They got a much deeper bench than anyone in the western conference.

    3) There offense is great. They can score over 100 in a game at any night.

    4) They are a more experience team.

I did not chose San Antonio, Phoenix, because

San Antonio is too old and to slow.

Phoenix, there flashy but don't play alot of Defense. They remind me a lot of Dallas. A lot of offense but no Defense.

In the east I chose Washington for the following reasons.

    1) Washington has a very good offense with Arenas, Jamison and Butler.

    2) There defense is decent

    3) They are a pretty quick team.

I did not pick Detroit, Cleveland or Miami. Because I think that Detroit is going to find a way to choke it up as they did last year. And I am not convinced that Flip Saunders is the man for that job. And Miami is not going either because you got to ask yourself. How much gas does Wade have in the tank to play in the playoffs?

Cleveland still got a couple of years to go before they can win it all. They are still missing a few pieces to be a championship caliber team.

    Nuggets... nuh-uh... Heat? LOL.

    Sorry...

Dallas are due - this year they have the depth, and starting rotation to really, really get the job done. The loss last year left them hungrier than ever. After opening with 4 consecutive losses, they have only lost FIVE games between then & now. That's 49 games with only 5 losses.

From the East, could be anyone - and what's done between now & the trade deadline - I tend to think that either Detroit or Cleveland will be there... Contrary to belief LeBron has NOT improved his game - in all categories other than steals, he has regressed. And recently he's been throwing up Shaq-like FT numbers...

Don't discount Toronto or Orlando (tho' I feel they're a lil' young as yet!). Don't see anything from the East beating Dallas tho'.

Suns vs Heat The suns have an amazing way of running thier offense they have great shotting skills and with steve nash and amare stoudemire and also shawn marion they are awesome but the heat have a pretty good offense two because d wade can dominate any time in the game and shaq can make some pretty big plays to but both teams should improve thier defense and i hope the Suns win go Suns

Dallas vs. Cavs. Dirk and the rest of the Mavs has had an awesome season, plus the team has improved from last years defeat to the Heats. Lebron James has made some improvements to his game from last year. By doing this, he and the rest of the Cavs have potential to defeat the defending champions, the Heats, because the heats had suffered a tragic season without Shaq, and occasionally Wade.

Suns vs. Pistons. The Suns will win b/c CWebb will call a timeout when the Pistons don't have any in the final seconds of game 7.

my selections: a million. la Lakers - Kobe's nevertheless working sturdy at 32. we will see if his arthritic finger holds him down, nevertheless. 2. Miami warmth - LeBron + Wade + Bosh = appropriate massive 3 in NBA 3. Boston Celtics - they have of venture at beating the warmth in the Playoffs in the event that they meet because of the fact of their massive adult men: Jermaine O'Neal, Kendrick Perkins, Shaquille O'Neal, and Brian Scalabrine. the warmth have Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Chris Bosh, Joel Anthony, and Udonis Haslem. till Erik Spolestra is in a position to sparkling up that, the warmth would have a tricky time down in the positioned up.

Dallas vs. Pistons. Both teams are doing a fantastic job and kicking other teams' butts. This finals is gonna be a great one.

Detroit - they're really hungry for a championship and they got the veteran starting five that will get them there.

Dallas - i think dirk will kill somebody if he doesnt get his chance again lol, seriously they're ahead of any team right now, deepest bench, very smart coach, multiple clutch players (dirk, terry, stackhouse), veterans, finals experience and hunger.
