3 ways...
1. drive/go to manila and board a domestic flight to legaspi city. i dunno though if there is a direct flict from clark to legaspi. consult a local ticketing office or agency in angeles (a lot af them @ fields ave. and balibago)
2. drive all the way to bicol (you place of destination) about 10-15 hours and a whole lot of back pain and leg cramps. you can hire a good and reliable driver though (you can make arrangement with a rent a car).
3. board a bus to manila (specifically cubao) at the back of ali mall a lot of buses to and fro bicol leaves every 2 hrs if i am correct. this place is a public transpo terminal to provinces. buses are in A/C, 1st class A/C with restroom etc. or try the ala amazing race ordinary fare (this is the most popular coz it is cheap but i hope you get to bicol and still enjoy the place).
GOOD LUCK! GOD SPEED!

Easier to drive from Angeles to Bicol instead of heading south to go up north again. Or take a bus there.
