Why and to whom did Howard K. Smith's attorney fax a copy of Anna Nicole's will five days BEFORE she died?

he wanted it so when he killed her he would have it,,they asked Howard about the will and he said it was in Calif somewhere,can;t people see that he is and was a user and abuser,,i bet he killed poor Danial also,,,i hope he chocks in his sleep or Anna haunts his a$s nightly...i can;t believe he still has the baby in his custody in the Bahamas

i feel its bcuz he killed her, or let her die. why didnt he get her help? daniel was the heir, he`s gone, she`s gone, howard is the father of lynn and howard gets everything. people are alot easier to manipulate when addicted and strung out. I dont know but to me its all a tad strange and very sad.

He killed her son because if Anna died first everything would have gone to him. My theory is that he dilled her son first, had her drugged up, made her make a new will, then killed her. You know he has no income right? He has been selling interviews and pictures to make money. He will b found out I hope!!
