In the stats block on yahoo answers, it rates 100% in green, it just dropped down to 99%.?

Don't worry, it's just the percentage of answers you gave that hasn't been picked as a best answer. It's now at 99% because 1% of your answers was picked as best. It's nice to have a high best answer percentage, but it doesn't have any practical effects like censoring your answers or anything.
