Check my questions in my profile. I just asked the same thing last week. See who I gave Best Answer to... he summed it up well.
Well, I just tried to thumbs everyone up, but I was rejected every time. It let me star the question, though. Oh well. That's advanced technology for ya.

It's happening to me too and it's really pissing me off cause there are so many answers on here that need some thumbs-down!

I think its happening to alot of us, I know it happen to me a couple of times, I can rate a few but then when I go to rate another it says that. I wish I could help you more.

Happened to me twice.
I signed in again, and it worked.
It's not you, I think It's a Technical Glitch.
