Miss is a title typically used for an unmarried woman

Ms. is a title used with the last name or full name of a woman. Unlike the more traditional titles Miss and Mrs, it does not bear any reference to the woman's marital status, as Mr does not for a man. Ms is also often used by Lesbians and divorcees, especially in Brighton.

Mrs. is an English title used for women, usually married women

    Hope this helps :)♥

Miss is unmarried, Mrs. is married, Ms. can be either. Any female in the business world that you do not know her martial status use Ms.....also many women prefer this so that no one will know whether they are married or not.

Miss and Ms are not married and Mrs is married. I think if you're not sure whether a woman is married you use Ms.
