Fisherman,what do you think of the upcoming saltwater fishing license requirement?

I think its a good thing for the North Carolina fishery. Too many people are wasting the rescource. Maybe this will help fund enforcement for limits. Talk to any old fisherman and they will tell you that catches are smaller and fewer. I don't mind pitching in a few bucks for conservation.
