Talk to your parents and visit your doctor- they will give you the best, educated advice. Don't ask strangers on the Internet for medical advice.

Exercising will not affect your menstrual flow, it will most likely help it. To lose weight, you need to first find out what the healthy weight is for someone as old as you and also according to height. Exercising more than once a week (I'd say at least 3) will also help you to lose weight. Don't ever stop eating like that idiot said before me, it will make you gain more weight because your body will try and use every ounce it can once you finally do eat. Just eat breakfast lunch and dinner, no snacking in between. If you eat slowly, you will see how full your stomach has actually become and you will not need to eat as much as usual. Hope this helps!

If it's a sort of creamy type discharge, that's very common. It's your body "cleaning out" before it starts menstruating. As for diet and exercise, just do what's natural. Don't eat too much sugar and fried foods and the like. You're way too young to be worrying about your weight. The only thing that would affect your ability to menstruate is severe dieting and overexercise. But there's no way aerobics one a week would affect your period. Don't be in such a run, it's really just a total hassle

Exercise should positively affect your period. There is no time scale for receiving your period, though. Just don't eat any fast foods or trans fatty acids. You really shouldn't be too concerned about your weight at 12 years old. You more than likely just have "baby fat" and it will go away with time. Don't be so hard on yourself!!!!

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. well i think you´re too young for been so worried about your weight and about your period.... i think you don´t have so much time since this started so is normal those changes but if you´re not getting enough food or you´re killing yourself with so much excercise this must be the cause so please make you a favor and continue eating normaly and if you make excercise once at week it´s good you´re just a baby, good luck! =)
