Same man for 17 year...... Some times its not as great as when we were teenagers..... but now its comfort.... we know we can depend on each other when the chips are down. We have two kids and have been married for 8 years...... everyone has good day and bad days.... look for the good hun and have some alone time with your special person..... It takes work.

Yep. Love is a chemical reaction put forth by our bodies to reproduce. Studies have been done that show that the average romantic relationship where you experience the "in love" feeling lasts only about 2 years. After that, it is up to the couple to decide if they want to work at keeping the relationship strong or not. I have been through this twice, where I didn't feel loved anymore, but I have also been on the other side, where I didn't have feeling for the person that I once thought I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.

No, I haven't felt that. The longer we are together the stronger we get. We had some bumps that has really tested our love. Our attraction is still strong. We take time out for each other and work on ourselves in and out.

I went out with my last gf for 3 1/2 years and she started wanting to spend less and less time with me. So I 'Plutoed' her. Downsized.
Do I miss her? No.

That's just part of the process. It happens to the best. Just make sure that they are your friend before anything and you should be fine.
