I just got a Nintendo Wii and want to know if I should get a wired controller to play games?

If I should get a controller can I get a Game Cube controller to play on the Wii?

    The Whole Point Of Nintendo Wii Was #1. So you cou;d e as close to virtual as ur gonna get. and #2. SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A WIRED CONTROLLER!!!
