Can Y/A come up with a file folder for "resolved answers" to put on this page?
No, I', talking about from my Answers. I see resolved answers there. How can these be removed?
On the left side of the page, if you click on "My Answers" it shows all the answers that you have given(are you with me so far)? In those answers, there are "resolved answers". Which brings me to my question.
Why aren't these deleted from the answers page if they are resolved?
or a "Send To" button.

They already do. That is what the "Discover" is on top of the page.
Edit
They can't be deleted. Anything resolved is part of Yahoo! Answers. People will use them to find out answers on their own instead of asking a question.
Yahoo holds onto them. They keep everything together.
It is an account and they don't seperate it. This is a thought but, they may not have a way to do so. Who is to know maybe later they will be able to do it.

I think I understand what you mean. In your list of questions that you've answered (or asked), they lump the resolved questions along with thsoe "in votin" and those that are still answerable. I believe along with you that it would be useful to separate these if possible.
