Adobe Photoshop Help?

Adobe Photoshop is telling me that activation is required. When I click "activate online", with the serial number typed in, the application, then tells me "activation unsuccessful". It will not let me any further until I do this. How can I get this to work for me?

There could be several things wrong, to begin with check your internet connection making sure its availiable all the time if you have DSL/Cable then you should be ok. Make sure you enter the original serial# that came with the software follow the format it needs to be entered exactly. If none of these work, click on activation options at the activation screen then select activate by phone or by mail. If you follow the directions from here Adobe will give you an activation # entering it below the serial# should activate the software.
