Where should I take my dad for his 50th Birthday in Las Vegas?

My dad turns 50 next Saturday and my entire family is meeting him down there. What should we do for his birthday and where should we go for dinner?

    Dining. Rio seafood buffet, mexican food at Donna Marias, there are so many buffets i can't think of them all.
