Do you agree that we must help our troops more before we pull them out?
Why we cut things they need first and pull them our after? Doing that means kill our own troops! They need more soldiers to share their jobs; they need more money to have better equipments! Our troops may run away from Iraq next year or so, but they need help now!

There are other options on the table here. These proposals need to be read carefully-it's not a choice between "cut and run" and "not supporting our soldiers" at all. No one has a simple "cut and run" strategy! There is no surge here either-we've previously had more troops in Iraq. It didn't work then.
I like Murtha's suggestion that we put constraints on how many times Iraq soldiers can be re-deployed(sent back) as well as requiring more time between deployments.

more than 5 years after we started fighting we still don't have enough funding for medical care for all the injured soldiers (32,000 of them!). And they keep saying it is because they didn't expect so many of them. FIVE YEARS and they are still surprised???

Always help them, now and later, always! And it's only 4 years not 5!

no one will ever cut funds that affect the troops. they will always get the supplies they need. Limbaugh, Hannity , and others like them want people to believe otherwise. that is a lie.

Pulling our troops out is the only way to save them from the Mujaheddin.

I say we just pull them out of there. We have lost enough men already who cares if they go into civil war. They can deal with it.
