How do I change region codes for my Sungale 2002a dvd player?

My dvd player is set to region 1 and I would like to change it to multi- regional settings.

    When DVD players are made and shipped out, they are automatically built with the region that it is shipped out to. There are universal dvd players out there, you just have to find them. My suggestion is to buy a new dvd player that is universal.
