Boar, Deer, Waterfowl Hunting in SC?

My buddy and I are hoping to go on a reasonably priced hunt in SC. He lives in FL and I live in NC, so we are going to meet halfway in SC.

I am looking for fairly inexpensive hunting trip (1 day) in SC. We prefer some minimally guided tour/lodge with only a small number of hunters out in the field. We are keeping our options open and are considering boar, deer, or waterfowl. We might also consider pheasant or other fowl depending on the season.

Any suggestions about good places are appreciated, especially if you have hunted them before. I don't want to pay a bunch of money for an out-of-state license and hunting guide only to come away without getting a shot on game.

Northern Georgia suggestions might work as well.
