Need Legal advice about an appeal in PA?
I sued someone in civil court and won now 30 days later the have filed an appeal. The courthouse was no help....What do I do next? I want my money I am intitled to it Please only serious response this is important

They will have filed papers describing the basis of their appeal. You should get copies of these papers. There will be an appeal hearing. The appeal cannot be based on the facts of the case, it can only be based on how the previous hearing was adjudicated. You can respond to the appeal, but since it deals with interpretation of the civil law and not of your case, it may do no good.
