Duke football in the NCAA is TERRIBLE. They didn't win a game this year (again), and even though they come from a major conference they made headlines this season when they lost to a division I-AA school...embarrassing. They are the laughing stock of the ACC.

I would have to say the college basketball team California Tech. They went without a win for the entire franchise history they had never won a game (until a month or so ago they won a game) but they are terrible has to be Cal Tech.
