Mini-vacation ideas?
I live in Florida and I am looking for something to do for a 3 day getaway besides going to Orlando. It's for myself, my husband and my 10yr old daughter. Does anyone have any suggestions?
It is for the end of this month so I have to be careful with the "spring break" areas.

I heard Coral Springs, FL is a pretty nice place. There is a lot of shopping and it's a short 30 min. drive to the beach and intercoastal.
What about south west Florida. Like Naples or Marco Island or Sanibel Island areas? You can go canoeing, fishing, etc.

a good mini vacation is getting a lake house for a couple of days and just getting away from all the troubles you may have....i have a lake house...it is the perfect place for a little trip.
if not.....be creative and put together what you like and you will eventually find good ideas

come to the Bahamas but go to harbour island there is going to be no spring breakers there at all... it is there best place to go and lots to see and do and it is very nice and quiet... if you want to look it up look for harbour island , bahamas
