UFC predictions for this Saturdays fight --Couture VS. Silva?

Randy all the way dude. I can't wait, its good he's fighting again but needs to quit if he loses. He has to takle him or he will lose right away. I'm not 100% sure he will win so don't put your money on it, but he will pull it off.

Everyone, the champ's name is Sylvia, not Silva. However, I personally refer to him as "douche bag." This is the worst champ in the UFC and no matter who wins this weekend, Crocop will have the belt soon enough.

Randy has a big hill to climb. He's facing a bigger version of Chuck and we all know what happened when Randy fought Chuck. I think Randy has a slight chance of winning this fight. The Natural is a legend and I respect him as a fighter and person, but I think he's fighting out of his league. When he was last in the heavyweight division, he was destroyed by larger oponents. Sylvia will be the biggest fighter Randy has faced.

So, my prediction is this: although I would love for Couture to win, I think Sylvia will knock him out in one of the first two rounds. However, if the fight goes beyond the first two rounds, Couture's chances will vastly improve, as he will most definitely out hustle Sylvia and possibly get him to the ground for a finish.

Randy may be older...but he knows his stuff.

Sure Silvia reminds many of us of Liddell and his striking attack.

But Silvia is SLOWER than Liddell.

Randy won't (and shouldn't) go toe-to-toe with the big guy. That would be a major mistake. But if he can get in close, blocking the strikes, and sweep the big guy off his feet, Randy has a good chance of pulling off a victory here.

Of course, this could be a short lived victory, because win or lose, it's just a matter of time before CroCop gets the title. And I don't see ANYone stopping him from doing so (unless Dana White never lines the fight up for some reason).

Go get 'em Randy! I'll be watching!

I have yet to really be impressed with a Silva fight. He fights just good enough to win. He has not come up aginst the likes of Mr. Couture. Couture also has what it seems Silva lacks, ambition, and heart. Randy will prevail due to his superior skill and preperation.

As much as I love Rany Couture, he is going to get his *** kicked by Tim Sylvia (not Silva, that's another fighter). Randy's just a bit too old I think.

I think that tim SYLVIA will lose to Couture by ways of submission. Couture can stand with sylvia but sylvia gets the beat down on the ground. look at what arlovski did to him on the ground. Plus I think sylvia had the title waaaaaaaaaaaay too long.

Personally, I hate Silvia. His fights are slow and boring, plus he's juiced before so I lost all respect for him. I hope Couture wins, all in all he's a much better fighter.

I predict that Couture takes this fight by unanimous decision.

Silva will win be split decision & get killed in his next fight by Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipivic.

Silva is not fighting this weekend. Slyvia will probably KO Randy as much as I don't want to say that...
