Is it ok to eat cheesecake when pregnant, for the past couple of days ive really had a craving for it, would just like to make sure before tucking in.

Cheesecake is one of my favs!As long as your not craving paintchips or dirt or anything like that you'll be fine.Ive been craving mac n cheese like crazy!!!!! congrats on your up comeing baby!!!

Enjoy it while you don't feel guilty about eating it. There is no reason why you can't have Cheesecake. Just wait till you get wired cravings Like Cold Hot Dogs or something like that.

The only cheeses that are considered unsafe are unpasteurized cheeses, mainly soft cheeses like Brie and such. Just make sure the cheese has been pasteurized first so that it kills harmful bacteria. Cream cheese is safe, and cheese cake is made from cream cheese, so eat away! Might I suggest a few strawberries on top so you don't feel TOO guilty? At least you'll have your serving of fruit!

you can eat it if you want. no problem witih cheese cake. i tried to eat some and it made me sick though.
