Charge accounts?
There is one place i know of to get a charge account on the internet for womens clothes with out having much credit and them not even doing a credit check do you know of more?

You don't need to charge cloths on the Internet, if you cant afford to buy them with cash then you should buy from the thrift shop. Charging only leads down hill.
